Retired Lt. Colonel Mark Mines, the owner of multiple McDonald's Franchises, shared strategies for success, organizational excellence, leadership, discipline, and the challenges of building a brand. The Retired Lieutenant shared the critical importance of coaching, mentoring, capital outlays, and strong domain. He further explained the benefits of being committed to your passion and determination, commitment, networking, and relationship building. Mark Mines owns four McDonalds Franchises and will be opening two more very soon. He and his lovely wife Lydia plans to open 100 McDonald Franchises. The Retired Lt. Colonel leads the Empowerment Ministry at his church in Georgia. The Empowerment Ministry tithes 10% of the church collections to the community. This ministry adopts schools and donates tangible items such as computers to contribute to the students' education.  Congratulations, Mark.
