Jerry Lumpkins to the platform. Mr. Lumpkin's expertise is in commercial banking and real estate, procuring loans from $5 million to $30 million dollars. Mr. Lumpkins is currently serving as President of the Rockford Housing Authority Development Corporation. He was a Marine Corp Communications Officer with the rank as Lieutenant in excess of five years. He graduated from Officer Candidate School (OCS), the Basic School (TBS) and Communications Officer School (COS). He is a graduate of Rockford University with a BS in History and Political Science. He attained his MBA from the University of Phoenix. He currently serves as a Board Member of the Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago. Additionally, he served as the Chairman of the Board for the Rockford Housing Authority, President of the Chicago Real Estate Council, and Board President for the Bickerdike Re-Development Corporation. Past leadership experience includes President of the Rockwell Community Development, Inc. The Bridge Rockford Alliance Inc., and Board Member of the Rogers Park Builders Group.
