I am incredibly thrilled to explore the various constructs of leadership. From a theoretical construct to experiencing a living, breathing, active, synergistically effective, and efficient leadership culture, I prefer to investigate every avenue leading to success.

From a leadership perspective, what mechanisms should I employ to determine my performance? What's my import? Throughout my journey, whether corporate or academic, I've learned the importance of developing people. Equipping and Empowering individuals provides me with great joy. It is the outcome, not the numbers which measures my performance and success. Will the individual continue synthesizing, analyzing, and challenging studies and perspectives? How is the individual transformed? Is the knowledge learned applied? Is there multi-generational impact?
