The team defined and discussed Hyper-Arousal, Window of Tolerance, and Hypo-Arousal. We were taught the impact of Anxiety and Cortisol Levels. The team shared proper breathing techniques and the importance of instituting wellness strategies proactively The presentation was insightful, the testimonies of the students were impactful.
